Your tasks

We are currently recruiting for two of our operations within the Employment Rehabilitation unit:

• SPIRA provides support to young adults who have disabilities and/or need extra support. We help the individual explore their possibilities and find ways to achieve their goals in working life or studies. In this resource-rich initiative, we adapt methods and work closely with the individual from a holistic perspective.
• The Coordination Team's mission is to provide employment rehabilitation support to individuals who need coordinated efforts, where we are the link between the individual and other parties. We work together with the individual to develop their work ability and strengthen the conditions to achieve the goal of self-sufficiency.

In the role of labor market consultant, you will work with guidance in groups and in individual conversations. Together with the individual, you create a plan based on their goals and needs. By increasing the individual's understanding of their abilities, we create strategies for success. You greatly benefit from your ability to work relationally and build trust. You are skilled at working outwardly and establishing contact with employers to find work training placements/internships that match the need. During a practical period, you will follow up continuously and be available to provide support if needed.

Your qualifications

You have a genuine interest in supporting individuals who need more assistance. Your strengths are perseverance and patience throughout the process. You provide stability and a focus on development to meet the needs of the target group in an innovative way. Your background is in guiding work both in groups and individually. You have a post-secondary education and may have a suitable academic background. It is beneficial if you have experience working with adults with disabilities and/or individuals who have been long-term unemployed. It is also good if you have experience collaborating and contacting employers.

Additional information

In connection with the interview, you will need to verify your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or a personal certificate along with an ID document. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must show that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit.
